At Synco we offer distinct graduate programs and internships. Our graduate programs are designed for recent institute and university graduates with a bachelor's or master’s degree, and in some programs we require relevant working experience.
Locations, entrance requirements and application dates will differ by program, so we encourage you to read the various online job postings and return to our site on a regular basis to find the program most suited to you.
Internships are specific to the institute and university in which they are offered and will vary in location, duration and entrance requirements. You are encouraged to return to the Synco site after the internships in various position.

Requirement：
Chemical Engineer：
with a bachelor's or master's degree, CET 4 or above
major in Chemistry or chemical engineering, with 5 years' or above working experienceswith independent ability of working, researching, organizing and managing, mission motive
Product Manager：
with a bachelor's or master's degree, CET 4 or above
major in Chemistry or chemical engineering, with 3 years' or above working experienceswith independent ability of working, researching, organizing and managing, willing to learn and think, mission motive
Business Assistant (internships)：
with a bachelor's or master's degree, CET 4 or above
